I want to order Cedar Hair products, what can I expect?
At Cedar Hair, every product is handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and care in every bottle and jar.
You can shop anytime throughout the month. However, because our batches are made in limited quantities, stock is available while supplies last. Once a product sells out, it will return the following month with a fresh restock.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be carefully prepared and dispatched. You’ll receive an update once it’s ready for collection or shipment.

- Cedar Light Seal: is a lightweight finishing oil that locks in moisture without build-up - perfect for fine to medium hair textures. Can be used on mature locs as well.
- Nourishing Hair Butter: is a richer blend that deeply nourishes and protects while softening thicker strands.
How do I use the Leave-In Conditioner?
Apply after washing on damp hair to lock in moisture and prepare for styling. It can also refresh dry hair between wash days. It’s a must have for creating juicy twists and styles.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within South Africa. International shipping is being explored—subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed and delivered within 7 business days once payments is received.
What if I am not home to accept my delivery?
Our courier will either reschedule or leave a note with instructions.
You can also arrange for delivery to a different address if needed.
What if I want to change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can assist with changes or cancellations. Once shipped, the order cannot be changed.
What if I want a refund for my order?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
